What does it require to be a provider/host?

Being a provider often is a significant commitment that can feel draining at times. We are familiar with this feeling and the toll on defenders of the open Internet. 

This is most evident right at the beginning stages, as  it requires testing your home network for compatibility, checking your ISP terms of service, and local government regulations, as well as  the process of on-boarding and setting up your device. We are constantly working on improving the experience, based on feedback from people like yourself.

Network access methods and censorship tools are constantly evolving. As a result, there is no guarantee for a solution to work indefinitely. To keep everyone informed, and to create a community for collective emotional and technical support, we have been looking into creating a shared communication channel across Pod owners.
