Why do we ask for "local network" permission?

We commend our providers to test their network for any potential compatibility issues before attempting to setup a WEPN Pod. WEPN manager mobile app can scan your router settings and network configuration and run a set of compatibility tests, without requiring a physical device.

In order to perform these operations, the app would require local network access permission. This permission is only required for running compatibility tests and not needed for using the WEPN manager app other functions.
