In WEPN mobile application (device manager app), we ask for two specific permissions (1) camera permission (2) local network / nearby device permissions.
Before attempting to scan the QR code shown on the device screen, we ask for camera permission. This step is necessary for registering the device and certain subsequent encryption key syncing.
In addition, we ask for local network / nearby devices permission before starting the network compatibility test. The app would need this permission to scan the local router to check for certain network information and communicate with the router.
