Can I become my own provider?

Yes, you can set up your own WEPN device and become your own provider. This way you can route your traffic through your home network at any time.

However, if you are behind a firewall or reside in a country that regulates and censors online content, then setting up a WEPN device at home is not going to allow you to pass through the firewall and access to the blocked content.

In order to access blocked content, you must connect to a WEPN device that is outside of the firewalled region (preferably set up by one of your friends and family who live in a country with free access to most online content).
