When you add someone as a friend, they can route their traffic through your WEPN home server. We highly discourage sharing access with people you do not personally know and trust. Since their traffic will pass through your home network, what they do online can be attributed to your IP address.
Before adding anyone, ask yourself this question: “Would I invite this person to my house and give them access to my WiFi network?”; if the answer is yes, you may go ahead and add them.
Keeping the user base small (less than 10~20) also makes it more difficult for censorship mechanisms to detect and block your WEPN by maintaining a low profile and staying under the radar.
