We have recently (May 2021) upgraded our self test to consider more conditions affecting your WEPN device's VPN capabilities. This feature now tries to locally on your own device connect to VPN users you have created on the same device. No credentials or connection information are sent to WEPN servers beyond the final pass/fail result.
Since this is a new feature, we might initially experience more failures reported than expected. We will be enhancing this feature based on your feedback, to make sure it can accurately reflect the status of your device.
If your device health shows this test to be failing constantly, we recommend restarting your device using the app once. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact us and attach an error log from your device through the app so we can address it.
