My Outline client connects, but I cannot browse the internet after it conncets

First, make sure the issue is not your internet connection. Disconnect the Outline client and test if you can visit a non-filtered website like www.cnn.com If you cannot, the issue is with your connection.

If you can visit that website wihtout Outline but cannot visit it (or any other website) with Outline connected, it might be a problem with Outline client.

To fix, try these other Shadowsock VPN clients, and configure them to use the ss://.... URL you received in email.

On Android, try Shadowsocks app

On iPhone, try Potatso Lite

Issue seems to be the way Outline client handles DNS queries. Meanwhile, we are working on a workaround.
