Sometimes certain routers do not communicate well with WEPN mobile app for performing the compatibility testing. In such cases, we recommend two third-party developer apps (Android and iPhone) that can help us debug UPnP issue.
Android
On Android, please install an App called UPnP Tool from Google Play. Once you install the app, can you run it and follow the steps in the attached screenshot and email the log report to support@we-pn.com .
iPhone
Please install an App called UPnP Mate from the Apple Store. Once you install the app, can you run it and follow the steps in the attached screenshot and email the log report to support@we-pn.com .
This is effectively what we are doing inside our app but for some reason our implementation can have an issue with certain routers.
