Thank you for requesting to receive a WEPN Pod and joining the community of WEPN providers. Your participation support people connecting to free and open Internet and in their fight to fundamental rights to communicate and express themselves.
In order to ensure the best possible on-boarding and setup experience for our providers, we have designed and implemented a network compatibility test inside WEPN mobile application.
It is critical that you run this test (see image below) and make sure it passes before we begin the shipping process. To perform the test, please download the WEPN mobile application from App Store or Google Play and follow the instructions in the image below. When running the test, please make sure you are connected to the same WiFi network router to which you plan to connect the WEPN Pod.
If for any reason the test fails, we can investigate possible solutions and help address the issue on the network. To get support, send us an email to support@we-pn.com or open a ticket on this support platform here and include the reference number displayed on the app in your ticket.
